Q : “ Andrea Del Satro ” is a completely heart touching poem by Robert Browning . " Andrea del Sarto ", or " The Faultless Painter " is a poem by Robert Browning ( 1812–1889 ). It was published in his “ 1855” poetry collection, " Men and Women ." It is a dramatic monologue , a form of poetry for which he is famous. In the course of the poem, Andrea Del Satro ( 1486-1530 ) was an Italian painter who lived during Early Mannerism . On the other hand, his wife, Lucrezia has a relationship with her cousin, and Del Sarto laments. The poem was inspired by Andrea del Sarto , and originally named “ Andrea d'Agnolo ”, a renaissance artist.
