• The Long English Parliament dissolves on 16 March in 1660, after declaring the legislation convention the parliament formerly invited to King Charles 2 to be the English Monarch.  • On the birthday of Charles 2, he returns to London from exile in the country of Netherlands to gain English Throne after the Puritan Commonwealth. • We all are known to George I, who was King of Great Britain and Ireland who was the first monarch of the House of Hanover.  In addition of him, George's distrust of the Tories aided the passing of power to the Whig Party.
