Sir Aurobindo, an Indian great philosopher, writes "Perseus the deliverer." Importantly, he wrote "Savitri" in his Magnum Opus. He was mostly Influenced through the mythologies of Hindus, "Bhagavad Gita, Vedas, Upanishads." He has written eleven plays, most of which were not completed. "Perseus the deliverer" was published in 1942. It was influenced by Greek Mythology. It is often exposed that Sir Aurobindo might be compared with William Shakespeare. Sir Aurobindo writes in Letters on Yoga; “All who enter the spiritual path have to face the
difficulties and ordeals of the path….they must be faced with strength and patience.” This line outs the situation of a hermit-like person, who faces a lot of problems in his religious life.
